As we welcome a new year it often gives us time for introspection, both personally and towards our artistic journey. In light of it, this month's theme is 'beginnings'. How you interpret this theme is completely up to you. It may be a craft you've never tried before, a craft that tells an origin story, or any other way you can think about the theme! Here's all the info you need:

Rules
- Artisan Crafts and/or Traditional > Sculpture only!
- Join #CRArtisanCrafts and submit to the Monthly Contest Folder.
- In your artist comment box please write that this entry was made for #CRArtisanCrafts's challenge + add a link to this journal.
- The entry must be new and submitted between January 1st and 31st.
- One submission per deviant.
